R. Warren Taylor
Chief Financial Officer
Warren has 15 years of leadership experience in accounting, finance and internal operations of companies with annual revenues ranging from $50 million to over $5 billion. Throughout his career, Warren has led the successful integration of over 40 separate acquisitions, participated in the divestitures of multiple operating units and contributed financial and operational expertise in the turnaround of an underperforming company.
Prior to his arrival at Clearshot, Warren served as the Vice President and Controller for DMX, Inc. where he rejoined Paul Stone to provide leadership in the operational and financial restructuring of the business. At DMX, Warren led the streamlining of multiple processes resulting in more accurate financial reporting in a more timely manner.
After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (major in accounting), Warren joined Ernst & Young, LLP ("E&Y") as a financial auditor to begin his professional career in public accounting. Warren left E&Y to join SFX Broadcasting, Inc.
("SFX"), a company led by R. Steven Hicks, as an Assistant Controller where he participated in public debt offering and a reorganization of the company.
In late 1995, Warren joined Steve Hicks and Paul Stone at Capstar Broadcasting Corporation as the Corporate Controller.
Warren, his wife Christy, and their two children live in Austin, Texas.
