Our equity investments are typically in the $1 million to $10 million range, with enterprise values from $2 million to $20 million. We are happy to consider transactions outside of those parameters if there is a compelling reason to do so. In general, we are seeking leading companies in our industries of interest with strong management teams, compelling cash flow characteristics and competitive advantages created by differentiated products or services or unique business models.
